Chelse Wren

Chelse is a Qi Gong teacher, artist, biologist, and women-centered coach-in-training. With her heart rooted in the wilderness, she has a mission to elevate the planet’s frequency to help heal both people and wild places alike. After facing chronic pain and a neurological condition that left her seeking alternatives to Western medicine, she discovered the ancient healing art of Qi Gong. Guided by her teacher, Lee Holden, Chelse began a practice that transformed her life—restoring vitality, reducing pain, and awakening a deep sense of purpose.

Her healing journey revealed the profound interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and ignited a desire to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom and life force. She now shares Qi Gong as a gentle yet powerful path for souls who may feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected. With empathy and encouragement, Chelse offers a welcoming space for those navigating their own healing journeys—honoring each person’s pace, emotional landscape, and capacity for transformation.

Specializing in Medical Qi Gong and rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, Chelse blends breathwork, the Five Elements, Buddha Palm techniques, and self-acupressure into an accessible and holistic approach. Her classes are a reflection of her creative spirit, often interwoven with music to deepen the experience. As the founder of Teton Heart Space, Chelse invites others to join her in growing wild, wise, and free—together.
