Heart Opening Healing Circles returns as a Mini Series this November with Three Transformative Evenings of Healing and Connection!
Join Chelse and Zach on the evenings of November 14th, 22nd, and 30th as they weave together the gentle power of Qi Gong, yogic wisdom, and live music to guide you through a progressive journey: from releasing old patterns, to building inner strength, and culminating in a sound-infused finale with a Friendsgiving potluck. Each circle is unique yet interconnected, designed to open the heart, heal your body and nourish your spirit. A $35 recommended donation per event is suggested, and we encourage you to attend the full series for the most powerful healing experience.

Unlock your creative potential in the Breaking Through Creative Barriers workshop, led by Chelse Wren and Zach Freidhof. Heart Openings
Heart Openings Healing Circle at Home Yoga in Jackson Wy.
This months circle is all about the breath and will be a combination a few modalities. First we start creating connection with a cacao ceremony led by Andrea. Chelse will then teach qi gong movement practices that support, heal and open our lungs. Last but not least, to sooth our souls Zach will be providing sound healing throughout the circle to create a grounding healing energy.
